BX Consulting, an IT engineering consulting company specializing in process management, was founded in December 2011 by Valérie Rufer-Secrétan, an IT engineer and graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
The main objective of BX Consulting is to support organizations in their performance improvement process in order to increase their competitivity.

Valérie Rufer-Secrétan is an IT engineer, graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
She started her career as an engineer in an IT services and engineering company and participated in numerous projects involving analysis, design, development and implementation of applications.
She then held various positions in a multinational IT company for more than 15 years and led large-scale projects that enabled her to acquire a range of skills in the organizational, operational and technical areas.
Passionate about the concept of business process management, she became the sales manager of a company specializing in this field, before launching her own company, BX Consulting.
As a business analyst and consultant, her clients entrusted her with numerous contracts in multiple sectors, such as : medical and healthcare, public services, industry and distribution.

Analysis and specification of requirements for a project to digitize the patient file for several departments of a university hospital.
Support for a strategic project to improve the performance of business processes for a private clinic.
Public sector :
Several user need analysis, aiming to improve the administrative and academic management of the students (Swiss University).
Optimization of several processes such as: Faculty’s recruitment, management of student grants or research fundings (Swiss University).
